Director of Student Services

As a Director of Student Services , you’ll play a key role in shaping each student’s academic path, guiding families through enrollment, and ensuring they have an unforgettable, life-changing experience.

Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. What You’ll Do: Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals. Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life. Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process.

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success. Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education, business, or a related field. Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus. Highly organized with strong communication skills. A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment. USD $65,000.00
