Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Description Job Summary Oversee and manage field labor for landscape construction projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Crew Leaders directly report to Project Supervisor or Construction Project Managers.

g., skid steers, compactors, saws, trenchers) Communicate effectively with Construction Project Managers, Project Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and field coordination Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and team performance Requirements Required Skills/Abilities 2+ years of experience in landscape construction preferably within the Greenery Team Valid driver’s license Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and tools Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred+ Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent desired Previous outside construction, landscape, or similar field experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Outdoor work environment in varying weather conditions.

May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working with tools or machinery.
