Internship Program

Program Overview Duration & Format 3 to 6 months. Blend of self-paced learning, team collaborations, and guided mentorship from our experts In-office, Shefqet Shkupi 47, Prishtina Mentorship & Evaluation Each intern is paired with a mentor from Cyber Academy’s expert Regular check-ins, midterm/project showcases, learning by doing and actionable feedback Roles Frontend Developer Intern Backend Developer Intern Cyber Range Engineer Intern Content Creator Intern Voice & Audio Editor Intern Requirements Must be a student in the final year, recent graduate, or career switcher in a related field: IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity (for technical roles) Media, Communications, Design, or Marketing (for creative roles) Available to commit 40 hours per week for the internship duration Proactive and eager to learn – you don't need to know everything, but you must be willing to grow Advanced level of English (both written and verbal) Open to feedback, mentorship , and iterative improvement Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles is a plus (especially for technical and content creation roles) Have strong skills in research and writing in English language (for content creation roles) Comfortable with Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets) Familiarity with Git/GitHub, scripting languages, programming languages, is a requirement for developer and cyber range roles.

Creative roles: Basic experience with design or voice and video editing software . Comfortable with voice-overing, Excellent British or Amercian accent and clear voice is a must.

Nice to Have

Passion for cybersecurity, digital education , and tech innovation Experience with project-based learning or online course platforms (e.g., Udemy, Try. Hack. Me, Comptia, Pluralsight, etc.) Previous personal projects , contributions, or a portfolio (GitHub, Behance, YouTube, video blog, etc.) Any cybersecurity certification or project (e.

g., CACP, eJPT, Port. Swigger labs, HTB/THM write-ups, CTFs).
