Asst Manager

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise retail sales associates
• Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
