Concrete Finisher

We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in Jackson, TN! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience. Pay: Up to $26 per hour, depending on experience Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: 40–45 hours per week Concrete Finisher Responsibilities Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power finishing equipment Operate tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, and edgers Monitor concrete consistency and timing to achieve a quality finish Create clean edges, joints, and smooth surfaces as required Assist with preparing work areas and setting up forms before concrete placement Concrete Finisher Requirements Minimum of 5 years of concrete finishing experience Experience finishing, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces Ability to use concrete finishing tools and equipment Ability to follow job-site safety procedures and work as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
