QI Incident Coordinator

The Quality Improvement Incident Coordinator with the support of the Director of Quality Improvement has the primary responsibility of investigating, reviewing, documenting and coordinating incident activity for the agency. The Incident Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of agency-wide policies, procedures and training to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to incident management.

In alignment with People’s Arc values, the Incident Coordinator will support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by identifying trends, communicating findings, and contributing to efforts that promote the safety, rights, dignity, and well-being of the people supported.
