Services are delivered in clients’ homes, our offices, or virtually , depending on the needs of the individuals you support. What You’ll Do Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide individualized plans Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support independence, skill development, and quality of life Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each individual’s goals Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code What You Bring Master’s Degree in a human service field Current BCBA certification Minimum one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities (preferred: ABA experience under Medicaid Waiver programs) Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance At Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the individuals we serve.
