• High-Performing Shop in Houston Chimney Rock Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. We are not a typical repair shop. We prioritize honesty, transparency, and a high-level customer experience , and we’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build trust, and help our customers make confident decisions.

About Us

Established, high-volume independent shop in Houston (Galleria area). 10-bay facility with an experienced, structured team. Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos & videos. Strong reputation with 700+ Google reviews. Focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.

Clearly communicate concerns between customers and technicians. Present estimates with confidence and clarity. Follow up on declined work and missed opportunities. Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow. Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).

Automotive Service Advisor experience (required). Strong communication and sales confidence. Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Compensation
