83 per hour / £26,019.24 per year Shift Pattern: Working hours are between 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Employees will have one day off during the week, in addition to every Sunday. We're recruiting 20 Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Support Team, starting in the first week of November , ready to support our operation through the busy Christmas Peak period. Your responsibilities

Handling customer enquiries via telephone and internal systems Investigating parcel and delivery-related queries Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently Taking ownership of customer cases and seeing them through to resolution Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey Working closely with operational teams, couriers, depots, and Parcel.

Shops Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes Supporting team performance and service level targets This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and finding solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a busy environment. You'll ideally have: Excellent communication and listening skills A positive attitude and passion for helping customers Confidence speaking to customers over the phone Strong problem-solving abilities Good attention to detail Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure A collaborative, team-focused approach Previous customer service or contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
