About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist , you’ll reach out to potential clients who’ve submitted inquiries online, conduct a short qualification screening and needs assessment, then transfer the client to a Licensed Advisor. Royal United provides training and support for the entire process to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients ( warm leads provided )

Education

& Experience :

• High School Diploma or Higher level of completed education
• Customer service or prior phone sales experienced preferred Key Competencies :
• Must be able to dial the phone 100 times/hour
• Ability to multi-task while prioritizing and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
