Join Our Team as an Assisted Living Nurse Manager Mary's Woods is seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Nurse Manager to lead the clinical team serving our 50-home assisted living community. This role provides clinical leadership while ensuring exceptional care and support for our residents. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and person-centered care. Oversee resident assessments, including admissions, quarterly reviews, and changes in condition, while participating in care conferences and care planning. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and quality assurance standards.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care and positive outcomes. Support employee performance through coaching, education, regular rounding, and ongoing communication across all shifts. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses as appropriate, monitor trends, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of Oregon Minimum of one year experience in an assisted living or community care setting preferred Minimum of two years of management experience Current CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire Our Benefits: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Free Employee Tri.
