Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will coordinate, oversee and manage the repair and maintenance of all buildings, as well oversee as the Sanitation and Safety teams. Responsible for facilities inspections and reports, owns developing a safe work environment, ensuring cleanliness and good appearance of all Supreme Rice facilities.

Responsible for the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, ensuring optimal Mill operations, managing staff and janitorial duties, while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Duties:

• Assess, evaluate and develop requirements and resources needed to be “inspection ready” for any SR facility at any time. Conduct tours of facilities with pics and descriptions of what needs to be addressed and when.
• Set work schedules for sanitation crews.
• Post completed daily sanitation schedules on Teams
• Coordinates with all departments for repairs, cleanliness, pest control and safety issues
• Coordinates with all department supervisors to ensure all are “inspection ready”
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
• Member of the Food Safety Committee
• Report all food safety issues to manager to initiate action
