Rama is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to represent our premium window and door solutions in the field. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where your income is directly tied to your performance.

Compensation

$50,000–$65,000 annual draw (guaranteed base) Commission on all closed sales Mileage reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Paid training Top performers can significantly exceed the base through commission earnings. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners for on-site consultations Identify customer needs and recommend window/door solutions Prepare and present quotes Close sales and manage the process through installation Build referral and self-generated business within your territory Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity What We’re Looking For Required: 2+ years of sales experience, SPECIFICALLY SELLING IN HOMES Valid driver’s license Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings Ability to lift up to 75 lbs- samples Preferred: Outside sales experience Home improvement or construction sales background Experience working on commission-based compensation Why Window.
