Mechanical Technician I/II (Maintenance Career Path)

This posting will be used to fill Full-time, Safety Sensitive, Represented, positions in the Mechanical Technician proficiency advancement series in the Department of Public Works. The proficiency advancement series consists of the positions of Mechanical Technician I, and Mechanical Technician II and Senior Mechanical Technician.

Once hired, employees non-competitively advance through the Mechanical Technician series by obtaining additional skills and certifications and receiving skill based pay increases.
