Project Manager

SUMMARY Lead the planning and implementation of Projects of Telecom, cyber security, manage services and IT services, and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables to deliver Projects on time, on budget, and with Customer Satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop full scale project plans. Assemble and coordinate project staff. Manage project budget. Manage project resource allocation. Review all Project Documentation, including design, contract, quotes, ROI, etc. Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Identified and manage risk associates to the Project. Plan and schedule project timelines. Coordinate and execute kick off meetings, technical meetings and Customer meetings as need it to ensure proper planning and communication during the implementation. Produce Project Implementation documentation, including meeting minutes, Action Item Register, Project Schedules, Acceptance documentation, etc.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Perform other duties as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Certificated in project management, preferred Strong analytical skills Direct work experience in project management capacity Proven experience in people management.

Proven experience in strategic planning Proven experience in risk management Proven experience in change management Technical knowledge in Cloud, voice and data network Excellent communications skills and “interpersonal communication skills.
