• Dallas, TX Join one of Dallas' premier in-store barbershop experiences. We're looking for a skilled, licensed Master Barber who wants to build a clientele in a high-end retail environment — someone who takes pride in their craft and is as comfortable talking about waxed canvas as they are about skin fades. This is a sole-operator position with a shared revenue model: you'll own the chair, set the standard for the experience, and serve as a genuine ambassador for the Ball and Buck brand, introducing clients to our products and story as a natural extension of the service.

Compensation

Up to $75,000/year Revenue share Responsibilities Provide a full range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in full compliance with Tennessee Board health and sanitation regulations Serve as the licensed manager-on-duty as required by Tennessee law Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Serve as a genuine ambassador for the Ball and Buck brand, introducing clients to our products and story as a natural extension of the service experience Requirements Active Tennessee Master Barber license — required.
