Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QA/QC Engineer in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily QA/QC inspection activities with inspectors and subcontractors. Manage quality-related communication with consultants, inspectors, and client representatives. Review inspection reports and ensure timely documentation submission. Conduct material, fabrication, welding, painting, and final delivery inspections.
Monitor NCR and QOR reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain project quality records, WQT, FQT, WPS, and PQP documentation. Participate in client quality meetings and internal quality reviews. Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with project standards.
Required Skills
Quality Assurance & Quality Control – Managing quality systems and inspections. Welding Inspection – Reviewing welding processes and compliance. Fabrication Inspection – Ensuring fabrication meets project specifications. NCR & QOR Management – Tracking non-conformance and corrective actions. Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining inspection and quality records.
