Permanent SENDCo – Haringey Location: Haringey Contract: Permanent Pay: £45,000–£60,000 per year PAYE The opportunity Senovo is recruiting a Permanent SENDCo for a specialist SEN education setting in Haringey. The successful candidate will join a committed team focused on helping children and young people access learning, develop confidence and make meaningful progress.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons matched to pupils’ individual needs. Adapt teaching, resources and assessment to support EHCP outcomes and measurable progress. Create a safe, structured classroom with consistent routines and high expectations. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate records and uphold excellent safeguarding practice.

What we are looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Relevant teaching experience, ideally within SEND or an inclusive setting. Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively. Useful experience includes EHCP coordination, inclusion, QTS, SEND Code of Practice, SEND leadership. Clear communication, professional judgement and a child-centred approach.
