Position Summary

Superior Central Boiler (SCB) is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and select New York markets. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who thrives on developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will leverage industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to identify customer needs, generate opportunities, and promote SCB's boiler equipment, service, parts, combustion, and plant operations capabilities. While technical aptitude is important, success in this role is driven by prospecting, relationship-building, territory development, and closing profitable business.
