Production Team Member (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Paid Training | Starting at $19.85/hr We're hiring! 85/hour Base Rate After Training: $20.27–$23.10/hour Advancement Opportunities: Earn up to nearly $28/hour as you learn additional skills and move into higher-level positions. Additional bonus opportunities available. Full-time (40 hours/week) with overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you'll learn all aspects of operating our modern corrugator and its equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential.

What We're Looking For

Have a stable work history and strong work ethic. Preferably have manufacturing experience (but we are happy to train the right candidate). Value attendance, reliability, safety, and teamwork. Want to build a long-term career and continue learning new skills. To be considered, your application and resume must be complete and include your current and previous work history.

You should expect to: Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe workplace Work on your feet throughout your shift Lift, move, and stay physically active.

Work in a hot, humid, and noisy manufacturing environment , especially during the summer months. Work overtime and some Saturdays If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and learning new skills, you'll fit right in. Schedule 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift openings only Operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week , with occasional Saturdays as production requires.
