Field Service Technician En. Sight Solutions | Strafford, MO Pay: $24-$28/hr + $3/hr travel stipend Training Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM (approximately 4 months) About the Role We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support food processing equipment at customer locations.

This role works closely with engineering, production, and sales teams while delivering exceptional customer service in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Perform equipment installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers Represent En. Sight professionally during customer visits Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience preferred Approximately 2 years of TIG welding experience required Approximately 2 years of mechanical experience, including: Reading blueprints and schematics Understanding electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs.
