Accounting & Office Administrator (m/f/x)

For our office in Ibiza, we are looking for a detailed and organized Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

Register and record vendor and customer invoices, alongside day-to-day accounting transactions. Manage bank reconciliations and oversee treasury cash flow movements. Perform accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. Monitor and record daily billing and invoicing operations. Process and record corporate expenses (PLEO). Perform reconciliations between general ledger accounting and POS systems.

Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes. Prepare accruals, deferrals, and expense provisions for accounting closes. Collaborate in gathering documentation and data for external and internal audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation.

Your Profile

Degree or formal training in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Proven track record in accounting roles with strong knowledge of financial accounting and the full accounting cycle. Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with Spanish Accounting Standards (PGC). Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong planning skills, a proactive and autonomous approach, and the ability to work effectively under tight monthly closing deadlines. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
