The Floor Manager Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Floor Manager is to oversee all operations and processes related to the product lifecycle. You work closely with the management team to execute visual layout plans through efficient labour management, ensuring execution and maintenance. Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals. Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership. Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards. Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results. About The Floor Manager : Min 2 years Floor Manager or equivalent experience from a HS fashion background Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus Managed a high turnover operation before Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated Flair for VM, brand standards and training Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual Our Promise no day will be like the last - we aim to be better today than we were yesterday.
