Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the Amazon / eCommerce business over the next three to five years Be a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency Champion the company's core values and behaviours, serving as a culture fit and inspiring others to embody these principles in their work Requirements: Strong expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce, with a focus on D2C/B2C customer acquisition and retention marketing Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities Results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering value and exceeding expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to transparency and feedback Humble attitude, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement Jonathan Pearson at Blu.
