Dental Treatment Coordinator

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator, with a positive and bubbly personality, to join our growing, family-focused dental practice. This is a full-time position, Monday

• Friday (~40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

Patient & Insurance Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining proposed treatment and answering questions about HMO and PPO coverage Obtain benefit breakdowns and make sure patients understand their coverage and out-of-pocket costs Fill schedule openings as they come up Administrative Audit and scan patient charts Help patients update their medical history and contact information Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments Use our practice software and tools to keep the office running efficiently Qualifications 2–5 years of treatment coordination experience in a dental office Advanced knowledge of dental terminology, ADA codes and procedures Familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance A friendly, positive attitude and a strong sense of reliability A talent for creating a great patient experience If you are passionate and serious about patient care, we’d love to hear from you!
