Maintenance Technician - Per Diem
Job description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general operating maintenance and repair of the residences and the community’s physical plant to maintain proper operations of the residence. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for coordinating necessary repairs and alterations to the building and equipment systems.
