Capital Cardiology Associates (CCA) has been the Capital Region's leading independent cardiology group for more than 30 years. Our cardiovascular group includes 36 Physicians and 26 Advanced Practice Clinicians. We are the largest cardiology practice in Upstate New York, and one of the few in the region where physicians own their decisions, direct their clinical work, and build equity in what they create.
