Compensation

$73,000 - $98,000/yr based on experience. Recruiting & Retention Bonus totaling $5,000. Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community fosters a culture of excellence, offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our team as our Infection Prevention/Staff Development Coordinator!

The ideal candidate will have experience successfully overseeing Infection Prevention and Control Programs (IPCP), Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs (QAPI), and directing and evaluating staff education programs in long term care facilities and/or assisted living facilities. This position is also responsible for developing policy regarding the organizations Infection Prevention Program, assessing the training needs of nursing staff and to develop, implement, evaluate, and document infection prevention and staff development programs including onboarding In-Service trainings, and Continuing Education Programs for nursing department personnel to include Certified Nursing Assistants.
