What to Expect in the Role: Generate purchase orders for the shop Maintain/balance fuel distributions. Enter inventory distributions File records Inventory distributions Order inventory items Answer shop phones Maintain inventory of shop purchase orders Assist shop manager in general day-to-day functions Transport parts Order shop office supplies Generate vehicle mileage logs Follow required safety procedures Keep work area and equipment clean Attend and participate in company safety programs Assist in training new employees What We Will Be Needing From You: Must be computer literate Requires ability to understand oral and written instructions with ability to convey ideas and information relating to the assigned task Must possess a valid driver’s license Requires ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures Majority of work is performed in the shop office and shop area Work requires exposure to all temperature and weather extremes, loud noises, moving equipment, wetness, dust, fumes.

Requires working around fuels, oil, paints, lubricants, solvents, and various other products located in the shop.
