Class "A" CDL. Refrigerated experience desired (but not required). 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor/trailer experience within the last 2 years and pass a company drivers road test. Must qualify for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Program. No more than 3 employers within the previous 12 months.

(Evaluated per applicant) No more than 8 employers within the previous 3 years. (Evaluated per applicant) The following violations/accidents are prohibited: Within the past 3 years. *

1. No more than 2 minor preventable accidents.
2. No more than 3 moving violations.
3. No excessive speeding violations. (15mph or above in CMV or Non-CMV)
4. No CMV disqualifying convictions from Tables 2-4 in 383.51. ** The following violations/accidents are prohibited: Within the past 5 years. *
5. No serious preventable crashes. Serious crashes include: rear-end collision; rollover; jackknife; head-on collision; etc.
6. No speeding violations in a school zone or construction zone.
7. Following the vehicle ahead too closely while driving a CMV. The following violations in a Non-CMV are prohibited: Within the past 10 years. *
8. DUI/DWI/OWI, Failed Chemical Test, Implied Consent.
9. Reckless, Careless or Neglectful Driving
10. Speed Contest of Exhibition.
11. Fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer.
12. Leaving the scene of an accident. The following violations in a CMV are prohibited for Life: *

16. No CMV disqualifying convictions from Table 1 in 383.51. ** Must pass a US DOT Physical Examination and Substance Abuse Screening Test. Must be able to pass a DOT physical. All drivers will take a company US DOT Physical Examination completed by the company DOT certified doctor to include a physical abilities test. * As confirmed by a current MVR, PSP, DAC, Driver Application or Previous Employer Verification within 30days of application for employment ** Suspensions, cancellations or revocations exclude administrative actions for non-driving issues.
