About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will take full ownership of shift-level performance across six key pillars: Safety, Quality, Production OEE, Material Yield, Gross Margin, and Member Engagement. You’ll lead from the front—working directly on the manufacturing floor, coaching team members, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Production Duties: Operate and troubleshoot blow molding and downstream equipment. Lead Red. Zone performance metrics and technician accountability. Prioritize staffing and material staging to optimize safety and efficiency. Identify and escalate maintenance needs via work order systems. Leadership & Supervisory Duties: Lead by example to create a safe, efficient, and engaged production floor.

Manage staffing, labor planning, and technical task assignments. Hold team members accountable through real-time coaching and performance management. Drive participation in continuous improvement, safety programs, and 6S initiatives. Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance with Food Safety and GMP standards. Data-Driven Execution: Monitor performance data to improve uptime, reduce scrap, and drive quality.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Radius departments and teams. Address and act on shift-level challenges and improvement opportunities in real-time. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience that equates to the requirements.
