Service Specialist I Department: Central Operations/Deposit Operations Services Employment Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Location: Lodi Supervises Others: No Salary: $20.00 – 23.00 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications) F&M Bank’s Service Specialist I is primarily responsible for handling tasks and duties in the Deposit Operations Services unit within our Central Operations Department.

Assignments will primarily include account maintenance and new account review, deposit account transaction review, general ledger reconciliation, and dormant and escheat monitoring, but may also include signature card review, exception item processing, and other duties. The Service Specialist I delivers exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers and provides support for a variety of complex customer/department requests and issues on a daily basis Assist with troubleshooting operational issues quickly and competently while maintaining a focus on customer and Bank impact Who are we looking for?

An individual with experience in deposit operations; including checks and related transactions, general ledger reconcilement, and dormant account processes An individual skilled in preparing both concise and accurate documents, with an understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements and with the ability to quickly learn regulations and Bank policies and then effectively apply the newly learned information § A professional self-starter who has the ability to work independently yet demonstrates teamwork in facilitating workflow § Someone who understands how to prioritize effectively and remains both focused and organized when faced with the pressure of continuous deadlines and requests An excellent communicator who has above average written and verbal communication skills A person who pays continuous, high-level attention to detail and always presents a professional, business-like manner A person devoted to operational excellence, adhering to high ethical standards and who maintains focus to deliver results accurately and precisely A reliable team member who maintains an excellent attendance record.
