What You’ll Do Support individuals in achieving their personal goals. Plan meaningful activities based on each person’s interests. Teach independent living, communication, safety, and social skills. Encourage personal choice, dignity, and community involvement. Provide transportation and hands-on assistance when required. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Protect individuals’ rights and immediately report safety concerns.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. Dependable attendance and strong communication skills. Ability to complete electronic documentation. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. IDD or human-services experience is preferred but not required.
