Program Management Analyst, Value Creation

The Program Management Analyst, Value Creation will build and operate the management infrastructure that turns ATSG's value creation portfolio into a reliable, decision-ready operating system. This individual-contributor role combines portfolio controls, project-management discipline, financial and operational analytics, executive reporting, and persistent follow-through.

The Program Analyst owns the integrity and operation of the portfolio-management system; business leaders and assigned project managers own delivery, and Finance owns independent validation and confirmation of value.
