Watersports Manager

As Watersports Manager , you will play a key role in shaping a safe, engaging, and high-quality beach experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational oversight with a strong service mindset and enjoys leading teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily watersports operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of all equipment. Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance, and compliance with operating procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Experience managing watersports, beach operations, or outdoor recreation teams or individuals. Experience maintaining watersports equipment and monitoring operational readiness. Strong knowledge of watersports safety procedures and emergency response protocols. Experience in a guest-facing service role.

Business-fluent English. Powerboat-related license and jetski certification. Eligibility to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications

Lifeguard certification. First aid or CPR certification. Fluency in Greek.
