Up to $2,500 Sign on Bonus Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time opportunity working a Day shift schedule (24 hours per week) at our Southbank clinic located Downtown. We are looking to add an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have Outpatient Hospital Pediatric experience.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to pediatric patients. Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability. Oversee support staff. Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities. Maintain schedule within budget operations. Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

Experience Requirements: Pediatric outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred Orthopedics Experience in Neuro Education & Credential Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required Wolfson Children’s Hospital is recognized among America’s Best Children’s Hospitals by U.
