Human Resources Business Partner
Job description
CSM is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team! The HRBP understands business objectives, is inquisitive and consultative, and uses their skills to solve problems with people-oriented strategies. The HRBP is fully immersed in, aligned with, and supports one or more areas of business and is part of the Human Resources team.
The areas of business include: Lodging (hotels), Residential (multi-family housing), Commercial and Corporate.
