• Deliver retail execution (shelf, display, distribution, programming)
• Manage distributor and merchandising execution
• Build robust off premise customer relationships
• Deploy activation strategies that grow customer and consumer connection to our brands Success Measures

• ROS acceleration and improvement Experience/skills required
• 4–7+ years in sales or retail account management
• Experience in off-premise / retail environment (e.g., grocery, liquor chains)
• Exposure to merchandising or in-store execution standards
• Strong understanding of category management and shopper behavior
• Experience working with distributor reps and merchandising teams
• Data-driven mindset (execution tracking)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
