Patient Services Representative - Viverant Physical Therapy

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as clinical support duties.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM working remotely and potentially floating to any location. Must live in the state of Minnesota.

Viverant Physical Therapy is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
