No teaching certification is required. If you have a High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or 60 College Credit Hours , you may already qualify. As a Substitute Teacher, you will help maintain a positive learning environment when regular teachers are absent by following lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting student engagement.
