Technical Sales Engineer, Integrated Energy Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of WinGD X-EL products and services in South Korea. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marine electrical systems, customer engagement, and business development in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with shipyards, design institutes, and shipowners in South Korea. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular on-site visits, meetings, and market analysis to gather insights and provide feedback. Qualify leads and expand WinGD’s customer network through proactive engagement.

Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and participation in industry events. Review customer inquiries and prepare technical and budgetary proposals tailored to local needs. Lead and support bidding processes, including strategic preparation and documentation review. Enhance brand visibility and awareness of WinGD X-EL solutions in the South Korean market.

Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems. What We’re Looking For General Skills & Competencies Strong technical sales and customer relationship management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Professional Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, or related field.

Experience in marine systems engineering, including hands-on work with VFDs and power management systems. Solid understanding of electrical engineering, power electronics, and electrical machines. Familiarity with VFDs above 1MW from various manufacturers is a plus. Languages Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
