Your Role

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections & damage documentation using CCC One. Prepare & submit accurate estimates & supplements while managing insurance approvals. Facilitate communication between customers, technicians & insurance companies. Clearly explain repair processes & costs to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency. Complete OEM & GM training to enhance your expertise. What We’re Looking For: Collision estimating experience (CCC One preferred). Strong customer service & communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
