About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) What you'll do Assist with activities of daily living Document care tasks Take and record vital signs accurately Support dementia care residents with the dignity they deserve Handle durable medical equipment (DME) appropriately Universal caregiver tasks include dietary, housekeeping, and laundry Administer medications per state regulations Assess resident health status and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

Valid Kansas LPN license Understanding the ability to communicate effectively with residents, healthcare team members, and family members Willingness to learn and adapt to individual resident needs Ability to be a team player About Sunflower Care Homes We are locally owned and operated, and hire for (RN, LPN, CMA, CNA, and Daycare provider) positions.
