Position Specific Description The Commercial Metering Engineer is responsible for interpreting and communicating metering obligations for renewable generation and battery-storage projects. This role works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure metering systems, settlement data, station service, telemetry, and data communications meet regulatory, market, financial, and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate understands ISO/RTO requirements, utility metering practices, power purchase and interconnection agreements, and technologies such as renewable energy resources, utility meters (ION, SEL type), and SCADA equipment and terminology.
