Line Cook

Little Hen is an English-inspired breakfast and brunch boutique.We bring the best of breakfast and lunch with global ingredients and flavors that make up favorite classics and modern fare.We are looking for a line cook to join our team.Skills:Make omelettes. Fried eggs (scrambled, Sunny Side, over easy, over medium, over hard, poached).

Cook meat (medium rare, medium well, well done). Griddle products (waffle, pancakes, french toast). Requirements:Must have basic knowledge (experience preferred). Must have weekend availability. Must be able to keep up with a quick pace and handle pressure. Comfortable working in areas of high temperatures and heavy equipment.
