Job Summary

The Works Operator is responsible for the independent execution of installation, maintenance, and repair works on drinking water and wastewater pipelines. The role involves preparing and securing the worksite, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and providing support for emergency interventions on the water network when required.

This may include carrying out minor civil engineering tasks Your Main Responsabilities Poser et réparer les canalisations d’eau potable et d’eaux usées Réaliser des travaux connexes : pose de chambre, remblaiement, compactage, réfection de chaussée Préparer, organiser et sécuriser le chantier conformément à la réglementation Veiller au strict respect des procédures de sécurité et des normes de qualité Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe et rendre compte de l’avancement et des problèmes rencontrés au chef d'équipe Effectuer de petits travaux de génie civil ou d'équipements hydrauliques liés aux infrastructures du réseau Participer à des projets de petite à grande envergure Bonne connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité et d’environnement Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer les priorités sur site Une formation en Travaux Publics ou une formation en plomberie, génie civil ou domaine connexe est un atout Permis PL, AIPR ou CACES B1 serait un plus Travaux en extérieur uniquement Your Profile Academic / technical education : Diploma in public works, pipeline installation, or related field Relevant work experience : experience in pipeline installation, civil engineering, or public works preferred.

Certifications such as AIPR – Authorization to Work Near Networks electrical, and asbestos handling would be appreciated.
