They provide a holistic range of products across industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, light & heavy fabrication, agriculture, asset integrity maintenance, and the DIY sector.

They have a highly qualified team of professionals that understand the industry together with the needs of their clients, and are now seeking to employ an experienced Internal Sales Representative, with product experience in welding, mining, engineering, or manufacturing. In regards to the position... You will be expected to connect with customers, providing support and detailing specifications relating to the products.

This role requires you to field inbound phone inquiries and help customers by following up, resolving concerns (if any), and determining product delivery. The responsibilities of this position include... Compiling quotes and sales ordering processes. Completing all administrative and paperwork effectively. Collaborating company processes with internal divisions of the company.

The ideal candidate will embody these attributes: Industry experience, particularly in welding, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or safety equipment. The ability to incorporate ERP software, systems, and solutions efficiently is a critical part of this position. Experience in relation to customer interaction, data entry, and sales processes; through phone, email, or in-person.

Capability of managing and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts on a proactive basis. Some of the benefits include...
