AP Accountant

We are now looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant who values precision, enjoys responsibility, and wants their work to have real impact in an international environment.

Your Role

Invoice booking in automatic invoice scanning system (Medius) Booking of invoices in transport management system (Xsped, Cargo. Wise) Booking in ERP system (Business Central 365) Self billing and expense booking Following up on the cost invoices Updating master data in the ERP system Reconciliation of accounts Communication with external and internal stakeholders.

What Will Help You Succeed You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting as a minimum. You should also have experience with accounting software and ERP systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

You’ll fit right in if you have: High level of spoken and written English is a must Finance/Accounting education Previous experience 2+ years under IFRS/US GAAP Good Excel skills Attention to details Team player Willingness to learn, adapt and suggest improvements.
