Inside Sales Account Manager (Canada)

Summary: Under the general direction of the Inside Sales Manager, this individual is responsible for providing support to customers and outside sales representatives, ensuring the customer’s needs are met. Primary activities in this role include making outbound calls to customers, processing requests for quotes, processing orders, supporting the full sales process (answering simple price and product availability questions, providing technical, solution orientated assistance, maintaining and developing quality relationships with clients, and following up with customers).
