Care team in West New York, NJ. Kids. Care is a school based program in Hudson County with an outpatient facility in West New York. Clinicians work on a school schedule. We are accepting applications for experienced and entry level Physical Therapists. We attribute our success and quality of care to our committed staff who makes this possible.
